The Coalition utilizes distance education and training technology to connect members in the resource team with leaders in the developing countries on an ongoing and cost-effective basis. This is particularly useful when the country has an unstable political environment that is not safe for contractors. Access to experts and continued training improves the chances for successful project outcomes.
We have teamed with Stratford University to provide key elements of this technology, including an online multi-lingual course platform and selected peer-to-peer communication services.
